It offers an amazing selection of cardio, strength, drills and skills for everyday living. This class is designed for progression, any fitness level encouraged to join.

Learn Yoga basic moves, techniques for breathing and relaxation, and fundamental yoga positions. Our instructor provides helpful guidance for preventing and healing from injury. Paula provides opportunities to up-level - beginning to work toward more advanced poses.

The participants are having a great time and learning the art and steps to your favorite Line Dances and more. Our goal is to keep this class moving and to teach you a variety of dances, with the benefit of some cardio. Let our instructor get you feeling confident to go out and show off your new moves and it will even burn off a few calories while you're having a stepping good time. Come join in the fun and stay active at a healthy pace.

RHRC Adult Co-Rec Volleyball

Round up your teams and sign up for this non-competitive recreational volleyball league. Teams need at least 3 women. No officials are used, and teams will call their own lines and hits. Come by the RHRC office for your Team Registration Packets.
