Cardio & Strength - Mini_2 Day

November 30, 2020 to December 17, 2020

This class utilizes weights as well as your own weight for strength, mixing in cardio to get the heart rate up and the blood pumping. It offers an amazing selection of cardio, strength, drills and skills for everyday living. This class is designed for progression, any fitness level encouraged to join.

THIS PRICING IS FOR 2-TIMES PER WEEK

Restore and Stretch - Mini

November 30, 2020 to December 14, 2020

Restore the body by focused breathing and relaxing in a calming environment. Our stretching will target all parts of the body, but will focus on hips, hamstrings, and back. Poses are held for a longer time as we focus on breathing to give the body time to relax and open. This class is a must for all fitness levels, and especially great for those who want to add movement to their life.

Mini Hoopers Basketball - 5 yrs - Kindergarten

December 1, 2020 to January 30, 2021

5 years old to Kindergarten

This program will be instructional with half court games provided to add to the learning process. Sportsmanship is stressed along with the fundamentals of the sport. Coaches will have 1-2 practices during the weeks of the program.

Practices will start in December and games will be played on Saturdays in January and February.

Volunteer coaches needed.

Youth Basketball League - 3rd-4th grade Girls

December 5, 2020 to February 27, 2021

3RD AND 4TH GRADES - GIRLS ONLY

An excellent opportunity for boys and girls to learn about and enjoy the wonderful game of basketball.

Practices will start in December and games will be played on Saturdays in January and February.

Volunteer coaches needed.

Rookie Basketball - 1st and 2nd Gr

December 5, 2020 to February 27, 2021

1ST AND 2ND GRADES ONLY

Rookie Basketball League focuses on teaching the boys and girls the fundamentals of basketball while introducing the game environment. Practices will start in December during the week. Games will be played on Saturdays in January and February.

Volunteer coaches needed.

Schedule shown online is for game-days only.

Practices will start in December and dates will be confirmed by team coaches.

Belly Dancing - Mini

December 1, 2020 to December 15, 2020

Belly Dancing is a good cardiovascular workout and increases flexibility and strength. It focuses on the torso or core muscles, while encouraging a fun style of fitness. Belly Dance is suitable for all ages and body types. Our classes offer individual challenges as we work on choreography and combinations.

All Ages Welcome!

Come join us for a frosty 2 mile run around the School Street Pond.

This event is a fun family-oriented event. Bring everyone, even the little ones! This is a timed, non-sanctioned event.

Winter Wonderland 2-Day Art Camp

December 29, 2020 to December 30, 2020

Winter Wonderland art projects will be focusing on various painting techniques, glittery icicles and multiple ways to make snowflakes. Hot Chocolate and snacks will be provided!

This is a 2-day camp registration.

$40 for both days, or $25 for one day only

Winter Wonderland 1-Day Art Camp

December 29, 2020 to December 30, 2020
