Description

If you want the optimal mix of strength and cardio this is it. Challenge yourself to a complete body workout using Interval, Circuit and HIIT training with free weights, kettle bells, body weight and other fitness equipment. Don't forget a sweat towel, you will need it!

This league is combined with local towns and some travel on game days will be required. Practices, beginning in August, will be at the discretion of the coaches and will be held during the week in the evenings. Games will be on Saturdays beginning after Labor Day weekend.

Description

Learn Yoga basic moves, techniques for breathing and relaxation, and fundamental yoga positions. Our instructor provides helpful guidance for preventing and healing from injury. Paula provides opportunities to up-level - beginning to work toward more advanced poses.

Description

Restore the body by focused breathing and relaxing in a calming environment. Our stretching will target all parts of the body, but will focus on hips, hamstrings, and back. Poses are held for a longer time as we focus on breathing to give the body time to relax and open. This class is a must for all fitness levels, and especially great for those who want to add movement to their life.

Description

Taking a Belly Dance Class at Rose Hill may offer you more than just exercise. Our classes work with a number of dance styles and props. We learn to dance with the cane, a sword, play drums, finger cymbals and a variety of veil types.

This class utilizes weights as well as your own weight for strength, mixing in cardio to get the heart rate up and the blood pumping. It offers an amazing selection of cardio, strength, drills and skills for everyday living. This class is designed for progression, any fitness level encouraged to join.



For a multiple fitness class registration discount, you must come to the RHRC office to register.
